UXplore collects information you provide directly (name, email, business details), device information (camera, sensors, OS version), location data (GPS, WiFi, beacon signals) and usage data (drops viewed, interactions, analytics) to power location-based AR experiences.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to anchor and render digital content at real-world locations, improve spatial accuracy, personalise discovery, process payments where applicable, communicate updates, and keep the platform secure.
3. Location data
Precise location is core to UXplore. We collect location only when you use location features, and you control permissions through your device settings. Dropped content is tied to coordinates you choose to publish.
4. Sharing and third parties
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with cloud, mapping and analytics providers under strict contracts, and with law enforcement only when required by applicable law.
5. Data security
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfect; we encourage strong passwords and report any suspected breach to us immediately.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your account and drops by contacting us. Depending on your region, you may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing.
7. Children's privacy
UXplore is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be notified through the app or website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
